Produced in the traditional way as the Rezdore of that genuine Emilia did, who passed down from generation to generation the art of eating well, it is suitable for tarts, baked or fried filled desserts. It pairs well with aged cheeses, low-fat yogurt or more simply on bread, rusks, biscuits.
