Anchovy fillets caught in the Cantabrian Sea are thick and tasty, even more meaty, with a pink colour tending towards tobacco and a larger size.
Take two Delicius fillets, the really good ones. Roll them together and you will have DOUBLE, the new anchovy twice as big, twice as good. If you then add the spicy sauce, it will be impossible to open just one can.
Ingredients: Engraulis encrasicholus anchovies (51%), extra virgin olive oil, wine and wine vinegar, sugar, tuna, mustard, spices, carrots, onions, salt.
