EXPEDITIONS

Shipments outside Italy from March to September will be carried out from Monday to Tuesday in order to preserve the freshness of the products and to avoid that they remain arrested in the deposit in the warehouses of the courier for long periods. During this period, shipments are made with special insulated containers with dry ice packaging in order to preserve the contents from temperature extremes.

For deliveries outside Italy, Silvano Romani , makes use of the DHL courier with deliveries throughout main Europe destinations normally in 72h/96h. Orders received in the days of Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. The products will be delivered to the address provided at time of order by the customer, who will be notified by Mail when the product will be sent. If the recipient was absent at the passage of courier will leave a notice and the customer must personally contact him as soon as possible to arrange the delivery

The aim of Silvano Romani is that of always safeguard the product, guaranteeing a perfect preservation throughout the journey: for this reason it is used, when needed, dry ice as a refrigerant. It is also applied the greatest care in packaging products, using polystyrene boxes which preserve the contents from temperature variations and accidental bumps.

In Europe, shipments are free for orders over € 200 (up to 25 kg gross weight) excluding Switzerland and England. In Italy, shipments are free for orders over € 150 (up 25 kg gross weight).

CUSTOMS DUTIES

In case of final destination outside UE all customs duties must be paid by the recipient. They are not included in the calculation of shipping costs and will be charged directly by the competent customs.

CASH ON DELIVERY

With cash On Delivery payment method you will be charged an extra fee of € 5,00

SHIPPING WINTER

Shipments from October through February will be carried out from Monday to Friday. During this period, shipments are made with double protective packaging and, in the case of fragile products, using polystyrene containers to cushion shocks.
