An excellent artisanal jam made with 100% organic strawberries. Made using whole strawberries, it contains small pieces of fruit for an authentic experience. It is naturally vegan, lactose-free and gluten-free.
Grape sugar is present as a sweetener and lemon juice, which further enhances the flavour and provides advantages in terms of processing and product conservation.
No preservatives or thickeners are used.
Ingredients: Strawberries, grape sugar, lemon juice. Vegan product, no added pectin, gluten-free.
Storage: If stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, in its original, unopened packaging, the product maintains its properties for 24 months from the production date. Once opened, store in the refrigerator between 0 and 4°C and consume within a few days.
