Hand picked olives from the hills between Assisi and Spoleto are used to produce this superior quality extra virgin olive oil. This olive oil is characterised by its green colour, a fruity and fragrant aroma and clean olive flavour, decisively grassy, with dominating notes of artichoke and bitter almonds.
Made from special olives such as the Moraiolo, Leccino and Frantoio varieties, typical of the Umbria hills.
This oil is perfect as a condiment for raw foods, with richly flavoured dishes such as legume soups, meats and grilled vegetables.
