The vegetable sauce is a rustic vegetable puree with celery, white onion and purple onion, gently cooked in oil to obtain a tasty accompanying sauce that is versatile and balanced at the same time.
Excellent with boiled meats, grilled pork, cooked cold cuts. Suitable with canapés, sandwiches, appetizers, fish salads and cooked legumes.
Ingredients: Carrots, red peppers, yellow peppers, cauliflower, fennel, white onion, celery, vinegar, water, sugar, salt, extra virgin olive oil, and sunflower oil.
