Ingredients: soft WHEAT flour type “00”, BUTTER, egg YOLKS (category A), sugar, sourdough starter (soft wheat flour type “00”, water), malt flour, organic Italian honey “Casa del Miele”, orange paste (orange, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), cocoa (1%), candied sour cherries in syrup (11%) (sugar, water, glucose-fructose syrup, sour cherry juice 4%), dark chocolate (6%) (sugar, cocoa mass, dextrose, emulsifier: soy lecithin), salt, flavorings.

Outer glaze: egg WHITE, rice flour, rice starch, glucose syrup, chocolate chips (cocoa mass, sugar, emulsifier: SOY lecithin), flavorings.
