ORGANIC DURUM WHEAT SEMOLINA PASTA.

Matt durum wheat is a rich and tenacious variety grown in Puglia. Expertly interpreted by the master pasta maker, it releases a scent of summer hay, a hint of dried coconut, and freshly cut pasta filata (spun curd). Its flavor is primordial, reminiscent of stone-baked bread, butter, and bamboo.

Producing pasta in the heart of the Dolomites: a challenge begun by Pastificio Felicetti in 1908, thanks to grandfather Valentino's intuition to use spring water for the dough and pure mountain air for drying.

Selected whole-wheat, organic durum wheat semolina, including Senatore Cappelli, Kamut®, and spelt, are assessed according to the most rigorous quality criteria. Before that, producers who share the company's value system are chosen.

Ingredients: Organic MATT durum wheat semolina, water.

Allergens: May contain traces of soy and mustard.

Country of wheat cultivation and milling: Italy.

Directions: Cook as desired, approximately 13 minutes.

Store in a cool, dry place.
