Selected one by one, the Leonforte peaches are washed, peeled (by hand), cut into pieces and placed in jars, inside which is inserted the syrup made of water, sugar and lemon juice.
The low pasteurization allows the peaches to remain crunchy, fragrant and tasty, exactly like the Leonforte peaches just picked from the tree.
