Zibibbo zabaione is a renewed version of the traditional zabaione with either Marsala or Moscato wine. Zibibbo, an excellent Sicilian liqueur wine, gives the zabaione an aromatic flavour of raisins which is perfectly combined with shortbread cookies and the almond Sbrisolona cake.

Colomba is the sweet symbol of Easter, a soft cake, with very simple ingredients, but with a laborious procedure, with three doughs and a long leavening. Colomba without candied fruit selected by Silvano Romani is a high quality naturally leavened baked sweet product, rich in soft raisins and covered with a crunchy glaze with "Nocciola Piemonte IGP", almonds and apricot kernels.
PRODOTTO DA FORNO A LIEVITAZIONE NATURALE CON GLASSA 10%, DECORATO CON GRANELLA DI ZUCCHERO 2% E MANDORLE 2%.
Ingredienti: farina di frumento, uva sultanina 20%, tuorlo d' uovo, burro, zucchero di canna, lievito naturale (farina di frumento), pasta di arancia candita (sciroppo di glucosio-fruttosio, scorze di arancia, zucchero, aromi), sciroppo di glucosio-fruttosio, sciroppo di zucchero invertito, emulsionanti: mono e di-gliceridi degli acidi grassi, lecitina di girasole; marsala, malto d'orzo, sale, aromi. INGREDIENTI DELLA GLASSA E DELLA DECORAZIONE: zucchero, albume, "Nocciola Piemonte IGP", mandorle, armelline, farina di riso. Può contenere tracce di soia.
