Description

Cheese obtained from fresh pasteurized sheep's milk, processed with traditional methods with the addition of selected ferments. It is a sweet pecorino, with a delicate, aromatic flavor, wrapped in straw.

Ingredients: Pasteurized sheep's milk, salt, rennet.

Surface treatment: Preservatives: E235, E202, straw.

Store in a cool place, below 14°C.
