Fiocco di Prosciutto is a typical cured meat from Emilia-Romagna, in the Bassa Parmense and in some areas in the province of Piacenza. It has, to the nose, fragrant notes given by the slow maturing; to the taste, however, it has a sweet, delicate and slightly salty flavor. Excellent to taste alone, natural with slices of bread and a curl of butter. To enjoy it at its best, we recommend not slicing it too thinly and trimming it as it is sliced, in this way it will maintain the right consistency on the palate and will not dry out prematurely.
Ingredients: Pork leg, salt, dextrose, spices. Antioxidant: sodium ascorbate (E301). Preservative: potassium nitrate (E252).
Does not contain allergens such as gluten or milk products.
Storage instructions: Store in a cool place (recommended temperature: +2°/+7°C). After consumption, the piece should be refrigerated with protective film covering the exposed cut area.
