Ferrando di Quarticello is a naturally sparkling rosé obtained from the Lambrusco Salamino variety, one of the most widely planted in the area.
The name derives from the typical shape of the bunch which is long and cylindrical, resembling a small salami.
Brief maceration on the skins for one night, spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with its own yeasts and refermentation in the bottle in spring with must from the same grape.
Malvasia Emilia IGT sparkling
Despina di Quarticello is obtained from 100% aromatic Malvasia di Candia grapes harvested from young vines planted on stony soils.
Macerated on the skins for 2 days, it ferments spontaneously with its own yeasts and referments in the bottle (second fermentation) in spring with the addition of must from the same grape.
Unfiltered, undisgorged, unmanipulated wine: pure expression of grape and vintage.
100% Pinot Noir, Metodo Classico Oltrepò Pavese DOCG Zero dosage, aged on lees for 60 months.
