Even abroad they go crazy for Emilian products! Here's an idea from the Olive Magazine website, for a tasty Italian appetizer. Enjoy!

Simple, informal but always appreciated. An appetizer board is a fun and casual way to entertain your guests. Experiment with a board made of a selection of cold cuts, a nice piece of parmesan, breadsticks, fresh figs and grilled zucchini and then invite everyone to enjoy it and serve them. And if you want, add a glass of dry wine.

Ingredients:
3 courgettes, 4 crushed figs, 12 slices of Parma ham, 150g of Parmigiano Reggiano, 150g of Pecorino, breadsticks

Cut the ends off the courgettes, then slice them lengthwise into long slices, 3mm thick.

Heat a square pan for grilling, arrange some zucchini in a single layer diagonally across the griddle. Cook until they begin to brown, then flip them over. Remove from the griddle and let cool while you cook the rest of the zucchini.

Arrange all the ingredients on a large cutting board along with two knives so that guests can cut themselves pieces of cheese and then let them serve themselves.
