For us, Emilian wine is a journey to the origins: the intense scent of grapes in the vineyards, the pungent aroma of must and the magic of cool cellars, where time renews one of the oldest wonders every year.

Lamole is historic, even more than classic, Chianti area: heights, poor soils, ancient rather than old plants, silences and romantic, timeless sunsets. Here we are faced with a masterpiece now more unique than rare: 1,200 bottles from a pre-phylloxera vineyard planted in 1875. Minimal yields, october harvest, large 22 hl barrels and 36 months of waiting. Pure ecstasy.
A new, small, young and lively winery, producing wines of beautiful precision, cleanliness and appeal. Montepulciano with silkiness and substance, fruit and spices, aged in wood and steel. No synthetic chemicals are used in the vineyard or the winery: just a few hectares tended with care and attention, producing a few thousand bottles of quality, enjoyable wine.
Historic South Tyrolean winery that churns out little gems on repeat, whether daily bottles or large reserves. Pinot Blanc from the marl and gypsum hills around the winery body, with beautiful texture and structure balanced between freshness and envelopment. Mineral, floral, with notes of white peach, pear and apple, in a justly bitter finish reminiscent of walnut.
From the old Mazzon and Girlan vineyards, on soils of volcanic porphyry and moraine deposits. Aged in barriques and 12 hl barrels for 12 months, before another 8 months in 70 hl containers. Elegant, fine, complex, persistent and fresh, with notes of cherry, morello cherry and spice. It repeatedly wins awards for the best national Pinot Noir.
Vermentino from the Maremma coast with a balance of Viognier to give softness, roundness and fruit. Classic hints of apricot and yellow flowers, has nice structure and savory finish. Remarkable on free-range chicken, fried seafood, stuffed squid, pasta with tomato and muscles.
