Lamole is historic, even more than classic, Chianti area: heights, poor soils, ancient rather than old plants, silences and romantic, timeless sunsets. Organic red wine from Ruberti pure Lambrusco. From vines trained by Guyot to reduce average plant yield by up to 50%. Lovely purple foam, fragrant and concentrated in the glass with heady hints of cherry. Perfect for domestic charcuterie and traditional first courses with meat sauce. Not to be underestimated in more unusual and whimsical pairings such as salmon or red tuna.
Seven hectares of small terraced plots climbing towards the sky. Cristina works with precision and passion in the vineyard and cellar, giving wines of great cleanliness and elegance. Fine mountain Nebbiolo, on tones of cherry, sweet spices and great fragrance. Aging is in cement; perfect with roast beef and medium-aged cheeses.
