Historic South Tyrolean winery that churns out little gems on repeat, whether daily bottles or large reserves. Pinot Blanc from the marl and gypsum hills around the winery body, with beautiful texture and structure balanced between freshness and envelopment. Mineral, floral, with notes of white peach, pear and apple, in a justly bitter finish reminiscent of walnut.

Wines
The wines of the Colli di Parma are a continuous discovery. Their bubbles, awarded and appreciated in Italy and abroad, tell the generosity and warmth of our land. Sparkling, full-bodied and full of character, they are the perfect accompaniment to a family lunch or a dinner with friends, bringing joy and authenticity in every sip.
For us, Emilian wine is a journey to the origins: the intense scent of grapes in the vineyards, the pungent aroma of must and the magic of cool cellars, where time renews one of the oldest wonders every year.
In addition to Emilian wines, our selection is enriched with guest labels from other regions of Italy: still red and white wines, sparkling wines, natural wines and dessert wines , carefully chosen to offer you the best of each territory. There is no shortage of spirits, for the end of the meal in company.

New mouthwatering interpretation of the Emilian refermented wine from the skilled hands of master winemaker Christian Bellei. Blend of different varieties of Lambrusco, first fermentation in steel and refermentation in the bottle followed by disgorgement. Agile, flowing, enjoyable. Son of the territory.
Barbera and Bonarda from naturally managed vineyards. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in steel and cement tanks. Rich in fruit, flowers, spices and earthy notes; juicy and mouthwatering. Perfect with traditional Emilian dishes. In summer it can also be served chilled.
