The scent of a Culatta plate makes everybody agree.

Culatta is the largest part of the Ham thigh, without the “Fiocco” and the Stalk, and unlike the Culatello it is aged in the rind. It is among the hills of Tizzano Val Parma that the fresh and pure air that caresses the Apennine allows the natural aging of this product with a unique flavor.

Thanks to its sweet and at the same time intense taste, its softness will conquer you at the first taste. Try it on a slice of fragrant bread, maybe with a butter curl: it will melt in your mouth!
