Il Pastificio Faella nasce nel 1907 ad opera di Gaetano Faella, che si dedicò corpo e anima a quella che a Gragnano era già da secoli una vera e propria arte: il saper produrre la buona pasta di semola di grano duro. Utilizza grano 100% Italiano, selezionato e coltivato nelle vaste distese pugliesi. Il connubio tra eccellenti grani, impasto lento con trafilatura al bronzo ed essiccazione tradizionale a basse temperature conferisce alla pasta Faella un profumo ed un sapore inimitabile.
