Concentrated must and PGI Modena Balsamic vinegar meet to bring you this sweet and inviting flavour, perfect to bring out the taste in a wide range of dishes. This Cream with PGI Modena Balsamic Vinegar is perfect for fish and meat based dishes, cheeses, fresh and seasoned, ice creams and seasonal fruit.

Appearance: clear, shiny, creamy
Colour: Intense brown
Aroma: characteristic, delicate and fruity (grape)
Flavour: sweet, mellow, pleasantly fruity

 

Best stored

Store the product in a fresh and dry place which is not subject to severe temperature changes. Do not expose to direct sunlight. Storage temperature between 5°C and 25°C. Store in fridge once opened.

Ingredienti: succo d’uva concentrato, aceto balsamico di Modena IGP 20%, addensante: amido modificato.
